Who We Are
Our Mission
We are the Fisher family. We are a husband (Tim) and wife (Katrina) team with three daughters (Delilah, Florence & Ophelia). We figure life is too short to get bogged down doing the same thing day-after-day, so I guess you could say we like to follow the unbeaten path. We are Tasmanian-based, but came from southern Queensland originally. We would like to share our story and adventures with other families and like minded people in the hope to inspire more adventures.
Extraordinary Experiences
Our biggest experience so far has been up and shifting from family and friends, good jobs and our house in Kingscliff to an unknown Tasmania. This was in 2017 and we have not looked back since. We have learnt so much from the experience and would recommend anyone considering to just do it!
Our Core Values
Family is our number one priority. We love our daughters so much and want to cherish every moment with them. A main reason for our move to Tassie was to spend more time with them and less in the hussle and bussle of the Gold Coast. We home school the kids – they all nearing primary school age, but are both teachers. We look upon life as one big learning experience from one turn to the next and want to pass this down to the girls.
